Our team has generated many genomics data streams and tools, that are publicly available for use by the research community. For example, we developed and refined the protocols for optimal ChIP-seq analysis in small amounts on human tumor tissue. (For methodology, see)
We used these protocols to profile Androgen Receptor regulatory landscapes in a cohort of 100 primary prostate cancers. In this work, we generated RNA-seq data and ChIP-seq profiles for Androgen Receptor, H3K4me3, H3K27ac and H3K27me3. All raw data can be downloaded from here
Also in breast cancer, we generated multiple genomics data streams, that are publicly available for the research community. In a 2018 study we report genome-wide chromatin interaction profiles of multiple Steroid Hormone Receptors (Estrogen Receptor, Androgen Receptor, Progesterone Receptor, Glucocorticoid Receptor) in a cohort of female and male breast tumors. All the ChIP-seq data can directly be downloaded from here
In addition, we also generated RNA-seq data for the same tumor samples, which can all be directly downloaded from here
