Our team is managing the pathology, survival and treatment database of the Breast Cancer Association Consortium, a large data infrastructure for breast cancer research. We also generated an image database of tissue micro array images of 15 breast cancer markers for over 20,0000 patients, as well as DNA panel seq data for 10,000 patients in the B-CAST project.
Our national ‘ELSI servicedesk’ provides information and advice on legal, ethical and social issues in precision medicine and health research in general to researchers and other interested stakeholders. Information and tools that we developed can also be found there. We are also an active member of COREON.
