Xin Wang

I began my PhD in Regina Beets-Tan's group within the Radiology Department at the Netherlands Cancer Institute in 2021. During my PhD, I mainly worked on breast image analysis and breast cancer risk prediction. Currently, I started my postdoc in May 2024 in the ‘AI for Oncology' group. I will continue my research within the aiEMBRACE project under the supervision of Dr. Ritse Mann and Dr. Jonas Teuwen.

My research focuses on developing deep learning-based methods for breast cancer risk prediction and risk analysis using multi-modal breast imaging. My goal is to explore and enhance risk prediction models for personalized breast cancer screening.
