I have worked with Computational Biology in different scientific contexts, including Machine Learning, Multi-omics Data Integration, microbial Systems Biology, and Phylogenomic Analysis.

Here at NKI, I make use of my proficiency in programming languages such as R, Bash, and Python for the optimization and development of computational pipelines.
I help other researches to generate, analyze, organize, and store their data.
