Theodoros Foskolos

In October 2024, I joined Emile Voest's research group as a Bioinformatician. My projects here focus on multi-omics cancer profiling, biomarker discovery, and the development of genomics-guided precision medicine pipelines. I believe that by integrating multimodal data, we can gain deeper insights into disease mechanisms and improve the prediction of treatment responses.
