During my Bachelor’s and Master's degrees at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, I worked on the effects of phase separation suppression on chromatin spatial organization and the role of SETDB1 methyltransferase in the regulation of lung cancer cells.

In April 2021 I joined the group of Elzo de Wit for my PhD. Here I apply computational biology methods to understand the relation between 3D genome organization and gene expression.
