I have an independent researchline dedicated to innovate patient care regarding peritoneal metastases. Implementing the transfer of basic science research and clinical research in patients with gastrointestinal cancer and gynecologic malignancy in a multidisciplinary setting. I am principle investigator of two large multicenter studies concerning imaging of peritoneal metastases in colorectal and ovarian cancer (both funded by ZonMw).
