Martin Weigand

I completed my degree in Physics at Aarhus University in 2023. During my studies I worked on several projects, ranging from quantifying dose degradation in proton therapy for sinonasal cancer due to varying nasal filling, to investigating a novel method to indirectly detect gamma rays in nuclear experiments using a complete kinematics approach.

In March 2024, I started my PhD in the group of Jan-Jakob Sonke. My research focuses on developing and validating algorithms and strategies for online CBCT guided adaptive radiotherapy.
