In September 2021, I joined the groups of Michiel van der Heijden, Marleen Kok, and Lodewyk Wessels as a PhD student.

Here, my projects are related to dissecting the influence of chemotherapy on the tumor microenvironment and finding new biomarkers for cancer immunotherapy. For these purposes, I analyze multi-omics data of clinical specimens of muscle-invasive bladder cancer and triple-negative breast cancer, including multiplex immunofluorescence, RNA-Seq, WES-Seq, and flow cytometry data.
