Femke Horstman

In August 2024 I joined the group of Fred van Leeuwen as a PhD student, in collaboration with the group of Menno de Winther at the AMC.

In this project we investigate epigenetic targeting in macrophages and T cells using dCas9-based epigenetic editors. For T cells, we will focus on the methyltransferase DOT1L and its downstream targets.
