Diana Bocaniciu

I am a master student completing my internship and I explore proteasomal degradation and its role in antigen presentation in cancer, as well as investigate tumor antigen presentation in MHC class II molecules. My project aims to uncover quantitative insights into the molecular mechanisms of antigen processing and presentation, and their relevance to immune regulation.

Previously, I was an intern in the department of Molecular Pathology at the Cancer Center Amsterdam, part of VUmc. There, I was involved in studying the functional role of two novel biomarkers in cervical cancer.
