I obtained my PhD with the project “Initiation and regulation of specific immune responses by keratinocytes and dendritic cells” (http://dare.uva.nl/document/101513) at the Department of Cell Biology and Histology, Academic Medical Center, University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Supervisors: Prof. Dr. M.L. Kapsenberg and Dr. E.C. de Jong.

I obtained a master’s degree in Immunology from the University of Porto, Portugal. Within the Master’s studies I performed a research internship at the Academic Medical Center in the lab of Martien Kapsenberg.
