Claudette Loo

I am  a dedicated breast radiologist who is working in the NKI-AVL since 2002. After my general radiology residency I started a fellowship oncology at the radiology department of the NKI-AVL in Amsterdam. During the fellowship I focused on the diagnostic imaging of breast cancer, with a special interest in MR imaging and response monitoring of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy. I became a dedicated breast radiologist and settled in the radiology staff and diagnostic research group. Besides the clinical work I finished my PhD entitled 'DCE MRI for monitoring response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer'. I am participating in ongoing research projects concerning mainly neoadjuvant treatment. I am  responsible for the fellowship breast radiology. Since 2011, I am working for the Dutch breast cancer screening program as a screening radiologist and coordinate the radiology group “Noord-Holland”.
