Bjørn Kwee

In September 2021, I joined the group of Ton Schumacher as a bioinformatics master student. During this internship I developed a deep learning algorithm that predicts which T-cell receptor recognizes which peptide. After the internship, I was hired to further improve and validate the algorithm. The project is in collaboration with the AI for Oncology lab.
