Andrey Zhylka

My work is dedicated to segmentation and registration tasks for abdomen surgery navigation using CT, ultrasound and occasional MRI.

I was a PhD candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology working on fiber tractography in Diffusion MRI for neurosurgery planning of brain tumor patients. Before that I obtained Master’s degree from Belarusian State University in Mathematics and Computer Science. During my studies and a bit after I acquired experience working as software engineer and later mid- and senior R&D software engineer for 4 years
