High performance computing

The RHPC facility provides the managed HPC to research groups of the NKI. It currently provides services to more than twenty research groups from an independent datacenter.

The services provided span the entire range of scientific computing; from dedicated compute servers for bioinformatics/statistics, to AI/deeplearning machines with multiple GPU’s.
