Morssink is currently member of the Executive Board at Philadelphia, the second-largest organization in the Netherlands with over 600 locations for people with intellectual disabilities. She has been CFO at the Jaarbeurs | VNU Groep since late 2016; before that she worked for McKinsey and Navitas Capital, the Zeeman family’s investment firm. Morssink has extensive national and international experience as a director of business operations, finance, strategy, real estate, IT, and digital transformation. She has held various supervisory roles and is currently member of the Spaarne Gasthuis Supervisory Board.
