Most of our scientific support staff members have completed higher educational training. Depending on the vacancy, we also recruit employees with training at lower levels, or with university degrees.
Most scientific support staff members in our research groups have their own research project while also contributing to the general organization of the lab. At our research facilities, the support staff usually don’t have their own projects, but contribute their specific expertise and know-how to the projects of our researchers across the various groups.
